Hello ECR fans,

 I am extremely honored, proud and grateful to have been able to serve as the President of Friends of ECR for the past eight years. I have had the opportunity to meet so many great people and to involve the Friends group in areas of support that have increased the odds of success for the children. Additionally, I believe that through the efforts of so many hard working and dedicated individuals, we have accomplished our goals according to our mission statement. That is, "To increase and enhance the opportunities for the entire ECR student body".

I must thank all of my "Friends" committee members, my wife Cheri and Mr. Fehte for pursuing the vision with passion and always going the extra mile for the children.

I plan to continue my support for the ELCO kids but now it will just happen via a different path. And if I can ever help you, just look for me on the football field as I hope to coach the linemen for many more years to come.

So, it is with great pleasure and with extreme confidence that I pass the torch to Ms. Jackie Keene as your new Madam President of the Friends of ECR. I know that she, along with the other members and the community, will take ELCO to the next level and beyond.
